Upon confirmation, you'll receive a comprehensive online intake form to complete. This form helps tailor the session to your individual needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
On the day of your appointment, a Zoom link will be sent to your email. This link connects you to a live, interactive session with a certified TRE® practitioner. During the session, you'll be expertly guided through each exercise, with adjustments and advice provided in real-time.
